Zupenda Davis-Shine acquired visions of becoming a Wedding and Event Planner in 2006. She knew she was a planner by nature and absolutely loved weddings and other special events! 

 

However, Zupenda had a passion for public health so she put her Planner goals on hold and began Drexel's Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program that year instead. 

 

After becoming Dr. and then Mrs. Shine, Zupenda got bit by the Wedding and Event Planning bug again. 

 

During Fall 2017 she enrolled in Temple University's Certification in Wedding and Event Planning program. After successful completion of the program and a 10-month internship with Trilogy Event Design, Zupenda founded "Shining Moments Event Planning."

Since her rise in the event planning industry Zupenda's assertiveness and passion has led her to many accomplishments including earning her 5 star reviews on Wedding Wire, a nomination for best wedding planner at the industry awards.
